Stair nosing for vinyl plank 724 and 424

Vinyl Plank Stair Nosing

Stair nosing finishes the front edge of each step when you install hybrid flooring.
Then, it creates a tough barrier that protects plank edges from chips and scuffs as people walk up and down the stairs.
Additionally, stair nosing gives your staircase a polished, professional look and lets you meet safety standards for slip resistance and visibility.
Finally, you hide any rough or uneven board cuts and make your stairs look clean and neat.

We make the back rebate 4 mm to 6 mm

A key differentiating factor is that our nosing has strong ribs underneath to provide extra strength under foot.

Aluminium Stair Nosing:

  • Features a robust metal profile (often anodised aluminium) with optional anti-slip rubber or serrated strips.
  • Best for heavy-traffic or commercial stairs where maximum impact protection and slip resistance are required.

Install aluminium stair nosing to give your hybrid flooring stairs a strong, easy-to-see edge. The bright, metallic finish stands out against most flooring, making each step clear and reducing the chance of accidents. This nosing resists daily wear, including foot traffic, scuffs, and impacts from shoes or dropped objects. It helps everyone notice each step, so you keep your staircase safe and looking good for years. Plus, the durable aluminium material holds up well in both busy homes and commercial spaces, providing long-lasting protection and style.
